Please hit refresh on your Browser, I have changed several items recently.Back to main
Panther page |
 |
These are
all the leftovers. If this was a transmission, I would be in trouble.
|
1 = I removed
the 25 pin rudder connector, didn't need it, off it goes..
2 = Black box cover.
3 = Back box.
4 = Cut out center of black box. See note below.
5 = Trackball springs that tension the small rubber rollers
6 = Trackball led assembly circuit board.
7 = Mouse scroll wheel
8 = Trackball rubber rollers.
9 = Rudder connector cover.
Also not pictured is the mouse plastic cover and all the chopped up plastic pieces from
chopping up the mouse red base. |
| Note: I
tried cutting out the center of the black box first, but that would not let the Led/Laser
pickup get close enough to the trackball. I ended up just gluing the red base unit right
to the panther circuit board. If you take your laser mouse and pick it up off the desk
surface, you will see that it has to be pretty close to the desk surface to work properly. |
